In this cozy, nurturing space, you’ll learn how to offer your baby the gift of loving, skin-to-skin touch through gentle, safe massage techniquesIt’s a beautiful way to support your baby’s development, deepen your bond, and slow down together in a calm and caring rhythm.

You’ll be guided through specific strokes you can easily

take home and weave into your own routine — at a time that feels right for you both.
We’ll end each session with a few deeply restful Restorative Yoga postures just for you — to replenish body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect in Baby Massage

These classes are a chance to slow down, to connect, and to enjoy playful, nourishing time with your baby.
You’ll learn soft, simple massage techniques you can offer your baby with love and confidence — and take them home to use whenever it feels right for both of you.

Each week includes:
• Gentle, skin-to-skin massage that supports bonding and body awareness
• Time to share, connect, and exchange stories with other parents
• The use of carefully selected oils — or bring your own if you have a favourite
• A few quiet moments of Restorative Yoga for you, with your baby close in your arms

Our Flow Together

We move at a calm and steady pace, introducing new massage techniques each week:

Week 1: Legs & feet — plus Restorative Yoga for hips, legs & lower back
Wek 2: Chest, arms & hands — plus heart-opening Restorative Yoga
Week 3: Face, head & back — plus gentle poses for neck, jaw & shoulders
Week 4: Integration — a relaxed, intuitive session to bring it all together

What to Bring

• A large towel for your baby to lie on
• A small blanket and beanie to keep your baby cozy
• Your own oil if your baby has extra sensitive skin

What’s Included

• A printed booklet of all the massage techniques you’ve learned
• Organic oil for use in class — choose between sweet almond or grapeseed oil
